What is the cancellation policy?
Firm
- To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- If the cancelation is between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the refund is of 50% for all nights.
- Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
Do you offer travel insurance?
Not on direct bookings. Only through platforms like Airbnb or VRBO.
How old do I have to be to rent this home?
The minimum age required to book is 21 years old.
Is the house safe?
Yes, the house is equipped with safety features including carbon monoxide alarms, smoke detectors, and two fire extinguishers. Please note that the hot tub is accessible and does not have a gate or lock, and the property is located near a lake—so we recommend close supervision of children at all times.
What time is check in and out?
- Check in after 4:00 pm
- Check out before 11:00 am
Where do I park?
There’s free parking for up to four vehicles on the driveway.
What is your pet policy?
We allow up to 3 dogs, maximum of 75lbs each, for $75 per pet/ per reservation (up to a one week stay).
If you have more than 3 dogs, exceed the 75lb weight limit, or are staying longer than one week, please request. We approve on a case-to-case basis.
What is your smoking policy?
No smoking allowed indoors. Smoking permitted outdoors provided that you discard the butts in the receptacles provided. Owners will keep part of any security deposit if cigarette butts are discarded on the ground anywhere on the property.
Do you offer any discounts?
We regularly provide discounts, which we update on an ongoing basis. All pricing provided on this website reflects the current offered discounts.
What is your refund policy?
Owner shall not refund any portion of the of rent because of shortened stays or ruined expectations due to work and family emergencies or other commitments.
What is your liability policy?
The Property is privately owned; the Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the Property or using its facilities.
The Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that each member of the Guest Party is expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Property and others whom they invite to use the Property.
